ALP LHCSA Statistical Report Due Jan. 30

As discussed in the Dear Administrator letter issued late last year, which outlined due dates for the annual reports for home care agencies; the 2013 Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) Statistical Report is due by Fri. Jan. 30.  This due date applies to LHCSAs that serve assisted living programs (ALPs), as well as those that serve the community.
