All LHCSAs Must Complete Registration Form by COB Dec. 31st
Licensed home care services agencies (LHCSAs), including assisted living program (ALP) LHCSAs, are reminded that they must complete the LHCSA registration process by Dec. 31st. This can be accomplished by completing the short form by close of business on Friday. The form will no longer be available after that. All agencies that have a LHCSA license must submit a statistical report, including ALPs.
Completing the registration form will allow agencies to register to conduct business while the Department allows until Jan. 31st to complete the relevant statistical report. The registration status will not be considered complete until the receipt of the statistical report. If agencies do not submit a short form or statistical report by Dec. 31st, they will be out of compliance, as they will not be registered for 2022.
