LeadingAge NY Releases Request for Proposals for 2025 Education Session Topics

(Sept. 17, 2024) Do you have innovative models, new approaches, and best practices to share with your colleagues that address the issues currently facing them?

LeadingAge NY/Foundation for Long Term Care invites you to submit your proposal(s) for engaging, topical education sessions that are relevant to the continuum of aging services settings. In-person and virtual conferences, seminars, and summits will be held throughout the year to provide information, education, and trainings to long term care professionals working in nursing homes, assisted living and adult homes, continuing care retirement communities, affordable and market-rate housing, adult day health care, as well as home and community-based services.
