Free Webinar on Diversity in Long Term Care
As we celebrate Black History Month, the LeadingAge NY Diversity Committee is proud to kick off our first webinar series entitled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Long Term Care.
Please join us for this engaging series that will explore the issues of diversity, inclusion, and belonging as well as the role that every leader, manager, and employee must play in respecting, appreciating, and valuing these differences as a way to build “cultural competency” in your organization. Learn about the incredible value that an intentional diversity, equity, and inclusion approach has for employee engagement, employee retention, and ultimately exceptional quality of care.
Monthly webinars will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Feb. 26th, March 25th, April 22nd, and May 13th. Our presenter, Christopher Ridenhour, is a nationally renowned speaker, health care management professional, expert team energizer, certified staff whisperer, and 2015 LeadingAge Facilitator of the Year.
