Raux, a senior at Brockport, majors in Healthcare Administration and will graduate in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Lutheran Resident Enjoys Singing Telegram With Family Through Technology Elizabeth Dooher-Abplanalp, music therapist at the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center (LHRC), recently held a Singing Telegram event for Valentine’s Day. Resident family members were asked to request songs in advance to be delivered and performed for their loved ones on the holiday. Sam Triscari, resident at LHRC, was one of those recipients, but his telegram came with a special surprise: his granddaughter, Danielle, and great-grandchildren were able to participate as well using online video chat software.

The project is the first to be completed under New York City’s Neighborhood Pillars affordable housing preservation program.
