Baseball Day at Wartburg Hits a Home Run with Yankee Legend Willie Randolph and Current Star Oswaldo Cabrera Wartburg’s campus was filled with the sights and sounds of America’s favorite pastime on Aug. 22nd, as residents, families, and community members came together to celebrate Senior Citizens Day with Baseball Day at Wartburg. The celebration featured a very special meet-and-greet with Yankee legend Willie Randolph and current player Oswaldo Cabrera, marking the first time professional baseball players have visited the 159-year-old campus.
