United Hebrew Golf Outing Raises $350,000 for Senior Care

Close to 250 friends, donors, and community and business leaders attended United Hebrew of New Rochelle’s 37th Annual Golf Tournament on Sept. 11th at Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase. The event included an elite 18-hole golf tournament, gourmet lunch, cocktail hour, and awards reception, where members of the Silverman family were honored for their longtime involvement. Over $350,000 was raised for the care of residents of United Hebrew’s campus.

Newsweek Ranks NYC Health + Hospitals/Sea View Nursing Home #1 in New York State; Three Other NYC Health + Hospitals Skilled Nursing Facilities Were Among the Top Ten and One Ranked in the Top 30

As part of its “Best Nursing Homes 2024” rankings, Newsweek has recognized Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center & Home as the number one nursing home in New York State for the second year in a row. Three other NYC Health + Hospitals skilled nursing facilities – Coler Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center, Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital & Nursing Facility, and Gouverneur Healthcare Services Skilled Nursing Facility – were also ranked in the top 10, while Dr. Susan Smith McKinney Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was ranked in the top 30.
