Community service organization takes 46K sf at 1180 Sixth Avenue

Selfhelp Community Services has inked a deal to relocate its headquarters from 520 Eighth Avenue to Northwood’s 1180 Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The organization will take 46,000 square feet on the second and third floors of the office tower.
