New York Long-Term Care Leaders Unite to Expand ACHCA Scholarship Program for Future Administrators The New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators (NYC-ACHCA) recognized the recipients of its growing leadership scholarship program at the 2026 NYC-ACHCA Annual Conference, highlighting a collaborative effort among long-term care organizations to invest in the next generation of leaders serving older adults. The scholarship initiative was launched in 2025 by Karen Stritt, LCSW, LNHA, FACHCA, CEO and president of Brookmeade Community. In 2026, Teresian House Center for the Elderly, led by President and CEO Frank Yeboah, and Norwegian Christian Home & Health Center, led by Anthony Restaino, CNHA, FACHCA, joined the effort by establishing scholarships of their own.

Jewish Home advertising campaign wins "Best of Show" and two Gold Awards from American Advertising Federation Creative work for Jewish Home’s “Come Be You” brand campaign earned the Best of Show title at the American Advertising Federation’s annual ceremony of the Rochester chapter. The winning partner agency was Myers Creative Imaging, which also earned two Gold Awards for the campaign’s photography and video.
