A.4716 (Rosenthal L.)/S.2080 (Kavanagh) This bill would establish a dedicated Affordable Independent Senior Housing Assistance Program to bolster the State's recent investments in senior housing capital projects. Resident assistance provided under this program would include an array of optional services that promote independent living, allowing seniors to remain in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs and preferences and keeping them out of more costly levels of care.
