Semi-annual Report Due for HUD Service Coordinators

Service coordinators working in HUD Multifamily assisted housing serving the elderly and/or people with disabilities must complete and submit the Semi-Annual Performance Report by Thurs., April 30, for the period of Oct. 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015. The report is required if your property receives HUD funds, including: grant funds; Section 8; Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC); residual receipts; debt service savings; and Section 236 Excess Income.

HUD has posted a revised form that fixes a number of recent technical problems. HUD reports that all bugs should be corrected, except for the percentage fields in item 5b. Service coordinators are instructed to delete the numbers that populate in those fields and enter the correct percentages.
