Recording and Materials Available for Exec. Comp. and Admin. Cap Compliance Audio

On Fri., Oct. 11, Sean Doolan from Hinman Straub, LeadingAge New York's general and legislative counsel, reviewed how organizations need to comply with the executive compensation and administrative cap regulation. The executive compensation and administrative limits regulation became effective July 1, 2013. For most covered LeadingAge New York members, the limits will begin to apply as of Jan. 1, 2014.
