NYS Budget Update

With the end of the state fiscal year less than a week away, the Legislature and Governor are actively engaged in negotiations to reach a final budget agreement. LeadingAge NY is continuing its advocacy in relation to a number of issues, including the nursing home standard wage proposal, home care worker wage parity, managed care-home care contracting and safe patient handling.
