LeadingAge NY Lawsuit Cites Discrimination by Governor Cuomo and Agency Commissioners A lawsuit filed by LeadingAge New York and the Empire State Association of Assisted Living in State Supreme Court, Albany County, seeks to hold Governor Cuomo and top agency officials accountable to meet their constitutional and statutory obligations by requiring them to increase funding for the State Supplement Program to meet adult care facilities’ actual costs.
