Capital ACF/AL Regional Meeting Rescheduled for March 4th

(Jan. 28, 2025) LeadingAge NY is excited to announce the rescheduling of the free in-person regional meeting for adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living (AL) members in both the Central and Capital Regions.

  • Central Region for Feb. 11th from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Capital Region for March 4th from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Register here.

We are so excited to resume these meetings, as they are a great opportunity for members to connect and network. Up to 2.5 National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) or ACF/AL credit hours will be available.

Here is what to expect:

  • LeadingAge NY staff will provide a policy update to make sure you have all the latest news and information.
  • Unfortunately, the Department of Health (DOH) regional directors will not be joining our meetings, but LeadingAge NY will provide updates on DOH activities and address member questions.
  • Over lunch, you will have the opportunity to network with other members in the region.
  • We will conclude the meeting with a discussion of promising practices members are using in their organizations.

Below are the key details. Members from other regions are welcome to attend if convenient. While the meetings are free, registration is required. Even if you were previously registered to attend this regional meeting, we ask that you re-register given the changes in time and location. Again, we apologize to members for the inconvenience of having to cancel these meetings originally scheduled for December.
