Survey Response Consulting Services-Directed Plan of Correction and Directed Inservice

LeadingAge NY ProCare consultants provide expert assistance in response to a survey. They are skilled in providing help with Immediate Jeopardy situations and are able to assist your facility with constructing a directed plan of correction (DPOC), a plan of correction (POC), and delivering excellent inservices. In addition, we provide post-survey visits to assist in monitoring the facility’s progress with the POC and assisting your facility in the informal dispute resolution (IDR) process.
