Social Work Consulting

Under current NYS regulation, all nursing homes must either have a full-time LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) or retain an LMSW as a consultant providing service on a regular basis.  ProCare has several experienced LMSW’s that can guide, teach, and support a non-licensed individual in addressing a variety of long-term care issues.  Additionally, the LMSW can assess individual residents and provide training to assist nursing home staff to better understand and respond to psycho-social issues.
