Home Delivered Meals Tool Kit

Home delivered meals is a reimburseable service through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and telehealth during the COVID-19 public health emergency. The intent of this tool kit is to provide ADHC programs sample forms and policies for implementing and sustaining a home delivered meals program.
