Update: CMS Rescinds Memo Limiting Uses of COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests: CMS has rescinded QSO 22-25-CLIA, issued on Sept. 26, 2022, which had limited the use of COVID-19 rapid antigen tests for testing asymptomatic individuals to the scope of the EUAs. As a result, providers with limited service lab registrations in New York State may continue to use any COVID-19 rapid antigen test with an EUA to test asymptomatic individuals.

The Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC) represents 130 medical model adult day health care (ADHC) programs, more than 90 percent of ADHC programs operating across New York State. ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
