The salary threshold for an executive, administrative or professional employee to qualify for an exemption from overtime pay will increase from $455 per week to $913 per week ($47,476 for a full-year worker) as of Dec. 1, 2016.

ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
