ADHC and ALP ARPA Q2 Spending Reports Due Jan. 15th

(Jan. 7, 2025) Adult day health care (ADHC) and Assisted Living Program (ALP) providers that have received American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for their programs and are subject to reporting their spending for Q2 are required by Department of Health (DOH) guidance to submit that reporting by Jan. 15th.

LeadingAge NY has inquired about Q2 forms for programs, as they have not yet been shared with providers. In a meeting last week with DOH, we learned that DOH Drupal forms will be migrating to another platform. The Department stated that this change is imminent and would affect ARPA reporting. At this time, we still have no information or directions for this change despite our efforts to learn more from the Department.

We are monitoring this issue and will be in touch with members as soon as we learn more.
