Join ADHCC for this important review on documentation, which will assist adult day health care (ADHC) programs in providing care, ensuring proper compliance, and preparing for survey. This session will emphasize the challenges, pitfalls, and concerns of documentation to ensure that care and services are captured, ethical issues are considered, compliance is achieved/maintained, and potential legal action is prevented.

Understanding the Individual with Dementia

This session will provide an in-depth understanding of dementia, its impact on the individual, and the contributing factors causing the behaviors manifested.

ADHCC's training sessions are designed for ADHC program directors and staff members. Program directors, nurses, social workers, corporate compliance officers, and nursing home administrators are encouraged to attend. The sessions will be recorded for participant use. LeadingAge NY ProCare’s Gail Weinstein will be presenting.
