Feedback Sought on Draft Proposal to Integrate Behavioral Health Benefits into Managed Care: The State Department of Health, Office of Mental Health and Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services have issued a Request for Information regarding “New York’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Behavioral Health Benefit Administration: Managed Care Organizations and Health and Recovery Plans.”

The Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC) represents 130 medical model adult day health care (ADHC) programs, more than 90 percent of ADHC programs operating across New York State. ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
