Medicaid spending remains slightly below projections.

CMS published a lengthy Final Rule in mid-July governing several matters related to the expansion of Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the operation of health benefit exchanges.

"Advancing the Triple Aim Through New Models of Care and Payment: A Resource Guide for Home and Community-Based Services Providers in New York State" provides a broad overview of models that are gaining traction in New York and opportunities for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers in those new models.
