ADHCC Provides Comment to NYSDOH Regarding HCBS Settings Rule

In November, the Adult Day Health Care Council reiterated its concerns to NYS Department of Health regarding CMS's HCBS Settings Rule and the difficulty New York's adult day health care programs will have complying with its cookie cutter heightened scrunity process.  To read our letter, click here.  ADHCC copied New York's entire Congressional Delegation on this issue and will continue to advocate for flexibity and a more balanced approach to this rule by CMS so that ADHC programs can continue to serve registrants, their caregivers and families across New York State.
