Register Now: ADHCC Offering Spring Virtual Education Sessions June 11th and 12th
(June 4, 2024) Join the Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC) for virtual adult day health care (ADHC) training on Tues., June 11th and Wed., June 12th. Both sessions will be held from 1-2 p.m.
Gail Weinstein, LeadingAge NY ProCare Consultant, licensed nursing home administrator, and certified therapeutic recreation specialist, will be presenting the sessions. Nursing home administrator and social work credits will be offered. There will be questions and answers during the session, and recordings will be available afterward for attendees.
Defensive Documentation: Write it Right

Join ADHCC for this important review on documentation which will assist ADHC programs in providing care, ensuring proper compliance, and preparing for survey. This session will emphasize the challenges, pitfalls, and concerns of documentation to ensure that care and services are captured, ethical issues are considered, compliance is achieved/maintained, and potential legal action is prevented.
Understanding the Individual with Dementia
Wed., June 12, 2024, 1-2 p.m.
This session will provide an in-depth understanding of dementia, its impact on the individual, and the contributing factors causing the behaviors manifested.
The member price is $49 for the two sessions; for non-members, it is $69.
