2013 LHCSA Statistical Report Due

A reminder pursuant to the Dear Administrator Letter, which outlined the activation of the annual Statistical Reports for Certified Home Health Agencies, Long Term Home Health Care Programs, Licensed Home Care Services Agencies and Hospices are on the Health Commerce System.

The 2013 LHCSA statistical report is due no later than Fri., Jan. 30.
